| Shipping Policy
We understand how important it is for you to receive your goods promptly and
safely. At Customconceptcoatings, our priority is to serve your needs in the
manner you request. In order to serve you better, we would like to explain our
shipping policies. Currently we ship throughout Canada and the United States.
Ground Shipping Only
Please note that orders received on a Friday are processed on the following
Monday. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following
business day. Orders being shipped by ground usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks
of being processed.
Tracking Waybill Information
Customconceptcoatings offers a tool to track the progress of your shipment. Once
your order is processed, a tracking number is emailed to the customer. Use this
tracking number to contact the shipping company and they will provide you
detailed information as to the location of your purchase.
Ship Addresses
All deliveries must be made to a physical address (we do not accept P.O. Boxes).
Deliveries
To determine the arrival day of your purchase, count business days only. The
first shipping day will be the day after your order is processed.
Return Policy
We offer a 21-day money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your
purchase, you may return your order within 21 days of receipt. Simply contact us
by e-mail for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please be sure to
provide your name, order number, order date, what you would like to return, your
telephone number, and a detailed reason for return.
Please note the following terms:
1. You must first e-mail us from our store to obtain RMA #.
2. The products and packaging must be returned in new, resalable condition.
3. Products must be repacked as originally received with all original packing
materials.
4. Packaging materials must not be torn, cut or damaged.
5. All accessories, manuals, literature and warranty registration cards must be
returned in complete and new condition.
6. RMA# needs to be prominently displayed on the outside of your shipping
package.
7. Return shipping expense will be paid by you.
8. Returned merchandise must be postmarked within 21 days of your delivery date.
9. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
10. Please insure the return package and obtain some kind of tracking number
and/or delivery confirmation – it is your responsibility to make sure we get it
back.
11. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges you paid to have
it shipped to you.
12. Shortly after you obtain your RMA number, you will be instructed where to
return product to.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise meeting the terms above, within 60 days
we will issue a credit to your charge account or a refund in the same form as
was originally paid.
